I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor trained at MSc level. Alongside my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist for a large hospital healthcare trust.
My professional journey began in nursing, working extensively in the NHS, education, and various clinical specialties, equipping me with a deep understanding and compassion of both physical and mental health. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, committed to fostering positive change in my clients' lives.
For me, being a psychotherapist provides a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. It is a real privilege to work with so many individuals, to be trusted and to watch people grow.
